We have four varied training sessions each week, catering for athletes of all levels and disciplines.

We train at Carn Brea Athletics Track, a fully equipped outdoor 8 lane lane, located in Redruth. We typically meet at 17:45 on Penryn Campus and drive over, returning at 20:30. These sessions cost £2.50 and should be paid to the club before departure.
We have strong ties with Cornwall AC, who provide us with coaching and further competition opportunities. Please do not hesitate to contact us for any further information.
